Where can I get the software to test my system for the Top500?

A copy of that software can be downloaded from: http://www.netlib.org/benchmark/hpl/ In order to run this you will need MPI and an optimized version of the BLAS. For MPI you can see: http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/mpich/download.html and for the BLAS see: http://www.netlib.org/atlas/.
